Ex Student I enjoy being pushed hard,yet know i don't have to exceed my (unfit overweight bodies limits). Sessions are really tough but always lighthearted and enjoyable. I love this class. Really, really nice group of people. No ego's and a great place to train. Paul is a great trainer, approachable, knowledgable and pushes me hard, but not to the point of failure. The best in Bristol ? Probably, I have come across nothing locally that comes anywhere close. Great sessions Paul, keep it up !
